Dating from 1840, The Steam Packet pub stands on the banks of the River Arun, overlooking the site where the cross-channel steam packet ferry service ran between Littlehampton and Honfleur between 1863 and 1882.

The pub has been closed since 2007 but has been lovingly restored to its original Victorian splendour by the current owners.

The Steam Packet offers a tempting selection of real ales, lagers and fine wines, delicious home-cooked food and holiday accommodation.
